MY VESTICAM UNIT NEEDS REPAIR
Vesticam2 IR video goggles are reliable, portable, and come with a 24-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During this period, any faulty equipment will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged for an equivalent unit.
Still under warranty? Simply contact us to replace any faulty parts.
1. Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

If the fault can’t be fixed remotely, send your damaged or faulty equipment to Vesticam Support for assessment.

We'll assess your equipment and provide a quote for repair or replacement within 7 days.

Once the quote is accepted and payment received we’ll promptly return the repaired equipment to you.
